At Lanning Architecture we have a passion for designing single family residences here in Southern Arizona. Unique needs: Many of our clients simply cannot find a home for sale that suits their unique living situation. This may be a matter of accessibility or the desire to have a multi-generational home. Whatever the reason, we can customize a design to meet your specific needs.

Location: Whether it is a city lot within walking distance of downtown or a large parcel with a spectacular view of the Catalinas, our clients often build because of location. They simply cannot find an existing house where they want to be so they decide to build new.

Innovation & Maintenance: Everyone loves a good historic home but they can be antiquated and require regular maintenance. Many of our clients want to build a new home to push the boundaries of innovation in terms of technology and sustainability.
