Location: Tucson, AZ

This project was a collaboration with Hector Jimenez of Central Barrio Development. The lot had an existing small adobe structure that needed to be restored. Fortunately, the existing structure was located in the back corner of the parcel which left ample room for a large addition in the front. The new addition was a modern take on a traditional Barrio Santa Rosa home. Details include crisp white plaster with sharp edges and a modern flat roof porch with steel posts and a glulam beam.
