The Hinchcliffe Residence was built in 1910 by Holmes & Holmes. It is a great example of Arts & Crafts style architecture better suited for a more temperate climate. Due to our harsh sun, and monsoon rains, the structure’s ornate rafter tails and exposed pergola were in extreme disrepair. With the help of the expert woodworkers at Oden Construction, this structure was restored to its former glory.
