Location: Armory Park, Tucson, AZ

This project was a new office building for a local family-owned general contracting firm.  The client purchased a vacant parcel in the Armory Park Historic District in downtown Tucson.  The design challenge was to design a building that fit in with the traditional and residential neighborhood and preserved a component of the site’s original olive grove.  The building takes its cues from its Victorian neighbors on the outside, but is outfitted with all of the modern features of a contemporary office on the inside.
