Partnering with Four Ranges LLC., we split two existing lots into three parcels and developed a courtyard home model plan. The simple but elegant finishes included white plaster walls, exposed concrete floors, black window frames. Warmth was added with wood accents like exposed lintels, beams in the great room, a fireplace mantel, butcher block counters, window seat bench, and shelves. Our team was determined to deliver a quality product at a reasonable price that was compatible with the neighborhood context.
