Location: Downtown Tucson, AZ

This historic structure known as Old Town Artisans suffered from rising damp that damaged the plaster and posed a threat to the base of the adobe walls. With the help of skilled adobe experts the lime plaster was repaired and a strip of pavers were installed to prevent further moisture from being trapped at the base of the structure. Other exterior work included restoring doors and windows and re-casting concrete window sills that were damaged.
