Lanning Architecture - Practical design for modern southwest living

About

My name is Bob Lanning and I live in downtown Tucson,  and run the architectural firm of Lanning Architecture. My wife and business partner, Kate Hiller, works as a designer in our firm. We have a nine-year-old son named Cole.

I came to Tucson in 1979 to attend the University of Arizona and received my Architecture degree in 1984. I became a registered architect in 1988, and worked in several architectural firms in downtown Tucson until starting Lanning Architecture in 1999. To each project I bring, energy, experience, and enthusiasm. Getting to create buildings and spaces with other creative people, including clients, is immensely rewarding. Our office also includes Sydnee Mitchell, Architect in Training, Elise Chasse, Architect in Training and Ezra Roati, UofA architectural student, making up a great team that brings both skill and innovation to our projects.
